VISION POWERED COACHING
MY COACHING MODEL
Do you need a life coach? Is it time for an upgrade or a change in your life? It may well be, but perhaps not in the way you think. Try comparing your potential personal remodel to a home renovation. Your changes must be well thought out, must reflect your values and requirements and be foundational ones, often from the ground up in order to sustain them. . You may need to change your thinking, your old beliefs, and patterns. The changes must be true to who you are and lined up with your own values. Your changes will be directed by you, and supported by your life coach, if you decide you are serious about wanting to do this in the most comprehensive and effective way.
You won’t need a building inspector to approve the changes. They won’t be up to anyone’s code but your own!
Up your amps: One of the things people might do during a remodeling project is to add to or install a new electrical panel and get more amperage for their homes. They could add circuits and power to accommodate expansion and anticipated growth in the household’s needs. The existing wiring could be working just fine, but might not allow for addition of space and appliances or other transformations you have in mind. You can also attain empowerment similar to this.
You can create a way to add great surges of power to your dreams and plans, so you can put them into action.

The client process
Dream –It’s your dream.
Design- What you wish to build or change. Create a blueprint.
Inspect- Look at your core or foundation. What does it look like now? Examine your
values, goals & different pieces of your life. What energizes you? What drains you?
Sort- What works & what doesn’t? What do you like about you & your life that you want to keep?
Discard- Can you get rid of what makes
you unhappy or doesn’t work? Is it easy or hard? Why?
Perspectives-Can you view your life & problems in a different way? If you were
remodeling your home you might move some furniture around or change colors &
accessories to see things in a fresh new way?
Gremlins- Limiting beliefs- Are there habits or deeply held beliefs that prevent you from
achieving what you want? What benefits do you get from them? Are you attached to
them? Why? Do you need to grieve before you let them go? How? What other
obstacles do you see or feel? Are there walls that need to come down? Beams that
need to be shored up?
New Options- Think about your array of choices. Are your ideas authentic to the
person you are, and aligned with your values & goals? How might these proposed
changes operate in your life, your work and in relationship to your other important parts.
(The Whole)? If you install heavy granite countertops, your cabinet structure and floor
must be strong and secure enough to support the new weight.
Build and Create- It’s time to take some action. You will make short and long term
plans. Start getting out your power tools. We all have some in our tool boxes. Stay true to yourself, your plans and commitments. Be aware of self-sabotage and doubts.
Measure- Create stepping stones along the way. Identify milestones to aid you in
seeing how far you’ve come. Enjoy the sights on the journey. The process matters
too. It’s your yard. You planted it & are starting to reap the benefits. Is there a way
to leap over some stones on the path & move ahead faster? Do you want to?
Decorate- The hard work is mostly done. Embellish & add some playful finishing
touches. Perhaps you want to add goals that seemed too hard before you got this far?
Reveal-Time to open the curtains & take some bows. Your remodel is done. Can you
believe it? Flip the power switch & turn on all of the bright new lights.
Celebrate- Admire what you have done & accomplished. How are you going to reward
yourself? Can your visualize your rewards?
Relax-Yes, you can!
Enjoy- Self-explanatory, we hope!!
