all i can say, coach, is all my sweeties came through and made my v-day a wonderful one. i even composed a valentine's poem for a friend of mine and she loved it. i sent my boyfriend a reused valentine - i used the upper half of the one his parents sent me - and i told him a few things i love about him. 'very moving,' he said.

Iris -

Sad, moving and a lesson to all. I have always looked at insurance with some distaste, as it is a business, like most others, concerned with the bottom line. But it is one of the most important things we need to do for our families and ourselves, and simply for peace of mind, which is incredibly important. One way to look at it is if we are lucky enough to get through life not having to make too many insurance claims of our own, at least our money goes into the insurance company's pot to use for those unfortunates who do need to make a claim, especially for tragedies such as yours.

Great article and important message to all.

A great exmple of personal mindfulness set into motion to help integrate important but searingly painful life events that we all have survived and must learn to live with as they rise to the surface of our emotional life in repeated and difficult ways.
